RETURN PROCESS
You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. Products to be returned must be unused, with their tags intact, and in a resalable condition.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Personal care products, underwear, swimwear, single-use products, and perishable goods are not accepted for return according to the regulations.
REFUNDS
After your returned products reach our warehouse and are inspected, if they meet the return conditions, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
