Lyos Labs operates exclusively as a supplier of laboratory research materials for In Vitro use. The following registry summarises the regulatory posture that governs every lot we dispatch.

1) Classification

All compounds are classified as Research Chemicals, For Laboratory Research Use Only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, cosmetics, or medical devices as those terms are defined under the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act. They are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans or animals and are not for consumption.

2) Eligibility Gates

Before an order may be placed, the purchaser must certify on file that (a) they are 21 years of age or older, and (b) the products will be used exclusively for in-vitro research and not for human consumption, veterinary, or clinical use.

3) Recordkeeping

For every lot dispatched we maintain: Certificate of Analysis, chromatographic traces, RP-HPLC purity analysis results, mass balance and purity profile, shipment address, and order record. Records are retained for the duration required by applicable U.S. federal regulation.

4) Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of the Terms of Sale: human or veterinary consumption, administration in living organisms outside an approved research protocol, resale to consumers, and incorporation into any product that falls within the scope of the FD&C Act.
