Distance Selling Contract

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

This contract is concluded between the seller on one side and the buyer ordering the product on the other.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the consumer protection laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT DELIVERY

The contract comes into effect when approved electronically by the Buyer and is fulfilled upon the delivery of the product to the Buyer. The product will be delivered via cargo to the address specified by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.
